The fourth edition of its Virtual Knowledge Series on the Direct Land Allotment Policy 2025 was organised by Rajasthan Foundation in association with RIICO. Additional Chief Secretary of Industries and National and International Non-Resident Rajasthani Affairs Department and RIICO Chairman Shikhar Agarwal said that RIICO has made land allotment process absolutely online, transparent and simple to investors and entrepreneurs.

Investors can invest through the portal of RIICO in the plots of various sizes and at their desired location in Rajasthan. Such plots can either be offered directly allotted or via auction. The site plan and Google location of each plot are also available in the portal to enable the convenience of investors.

Live Demo and Policy specifics

The officials of RIICO provided a thorough presentation in the virtual meeting. An actual demonstration was also given on how to fill MoU forms using the Rajnivesh portal and apply to get land allotment using the RIICO web site.

The session also provided a clear explanation of the provisions of the Direct Land Allotment Policy. Participants were informed that, under this policy, MoUs signed during Rising Rajasthan as well as new MoUs can be registered on the Rajnivesh portal up to 31 December 2026.
