According to Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, the tribal people are reputed to have a rich tradition and unique culture and strong attachment to nature. He said that the development journey of the State of Rajasthan is not complete without the involvement of the tribal society whose role to the State has been very crucial. In an effort to address a crowd of people on the Beneshwar Dham of Dungarpur during the Tribal Pride Day, he indicated that the day was given to tribal communities as part of the Rajasthan Day. His other announcement was that the State Government was dedicated to the well-being, jobs, education, and cultural progress of tribal groups, and the overall development of Beneshwar Dham.

Rajasthan Day and Pride of the Tribals Day (Rajasthan Day).

• Chief Minister mentioned that the state of Greater Rajasthan came into existence on 30 March 1949 on Chaitra Shukla Pratipada.
