On November 6, the Government Integrated College of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy inaugurated its new building built at Talwandi in the Kota city, with Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla and Deputy Chief Minister present at the occasion.

In response to the situation, Shri Birla pointed out that Ayurveda and Yoga were not just systems of medicine but the ancient Indian lifestyle and the science of balanced health. He claimed that the institution will become a beacon of the Hadoti region and will motivate students in the research and integrated healthcare.

The college will be dedicated to the memory of the Late MP and known Vaidya Shri Daoodayal Joshi who established Ayurvedic medicine in Kota. The Speaker of the Lok Sabha thanked the state government that the proposal of naming received a favorable response.

The development of Ayurveda Medicity in Kota.

Shri Om Birla has projected to build an Ayurveda Medicity and Herbal Park on 50 bighas of land which will combine treatments such as Clinical Research, Hydrotherapy, Cryotherapy and Massage Therapy.

He has pointed out that scientific standardization of medicinal products in order to achieve quality will be emphasized. The project is expected to make Kota more than an education and industrial center, and the most popular Ayurveda, Yoga, and Wellness destination, generating new prospects in the sphere of healthcare, vacation, and work.

Kota to emerge as AyurvedaYoga Centre Deputy CM Premchand Bairwa.

According to the Ayurveda and Yoga Minister in the ministry of Ayurveda and Yoga deputy Chief Minister and AYUSH Minister, Shri Premchand Bairwa, Kota will become an Ayurveda and Yoga hub under the guidance of the Chief minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma and Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla.

He said that Ayurveda and AYUSH medicine have become a leader in Rajasthan with a 348 crore project already approved in the National AYUSH Mission and a new Ayurvedic hospital in Bundi is also planned.

Wellness Centre& Ayurvedic dispensaries

Shri Sandeep Sharma mentioned that Kota has acquired a new identity in education, tourism, and healthcare in the visionary leadership of Shri Om Birla.

There are plans of establishing a Wellness Centre of about 10 crores in Kota to enable the citizens access modern holistic health facilities. He also stressed the opening of Ayurvedic dispensaries in both cities and rural regions to tighten the primary access to health.

लोकसभा अध्यक्ष श्री ओम बिरला और उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री प्रेमचंद बैरवा ने 6 नवम्बर को कोटा शहर के तलवंडी स्थित राजकीय आयुर्वेद, योग एवं प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा एकीकृत महाविद्यालय के नवनिर्मित भवन का लोकार्पण किया।

कोटा में विकसित होगा “आयुर्वेद मेडिसिटी”

लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ने घोषणा की कि 50 बीघा भूमि पर आयुर्वेद मेडिसिटी एवं औषधि पार्क विकसित किया जाएगा। यहाँ क्लिनिकल रिसर्च, हाइड्रोथेरपी, क्रायोथेरपी और मसाज थेरपी जैसी चिकित्सा पद्धतियों को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा तथा औषधीय उत्पादों के वैज्ञानिक मानकीकरण पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि कोटा को केवल शिक्षा और उद्योग की नगरी ही नहीं बल्कि योग, आयुर्वेद और वेलनेस का प्रमुख केंद्र बनाया जाएगा, जिससे स्वास्थ्य, पर्यटन और रोजगार के नए अवसर बनेंगे।
