The second MoU was between CSide Startup Summit, Startup Armenia (Dr. Hakob Hakobyan) and IOLF as well as iStart Rajasthan.

The efforts represent the interest of Rajasthan to use Indian languages to enhance technology and empowering its citizens based on language inclusion and digital innovation.

Bhashini Initiative Bridging language barriers with technology.

• According to Col. Rathore, vaguely geographically diverse Rajasthan will now access government services in their native tongues through the use of Bhasini.
• With the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), the language barrier will be eliminated, and farmers, women entrepreneurs, and students will be able to find knowledge and digital services without any challenges and use them in their own language.
• He stressed that the vision of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is to transform India into a self reliant ( Aatmanirbhar ) nation in all sectors, in the sense that a person should be provided opportunity in relation to his or her knowledge, rather than language.

 iStart and Start up Mahakumbh Rajasthan Boost to innovation.

• Col. Rathore emphasized the fact that the Rajasthan Government has assisted thousands of startups through the iStart Program which has formed an entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• He stated that Jaipur would also host a Startup Mahakumbh whereby entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators in India and internationally would converge towards supporting the vision of viksit rajasthan (Developed Rajasthan).
• The department through a partnership with Bhashini will facilitate the use of available data to facilitate the interaction of the rural, tribal and agricultural sector between the citizens and strengthened through Good Governance, according to the explanation of the partnership between the department and Bhashini.

पहला एमओयू राजस्थान सरकार के सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं संचार विभाग और केंद्र सरकार के डिजिटल इंडिया ‘भाषिणी’ प्रभाग के बीच हुआ।

दूसरा एमओयू सीसाइड स्टार्टअप समिट, स्टार्टअप आर्मेनिया (डॉ. हाकोब हाकोबयान), आईओएलएफ और आईस्टार्ट राजस्थान के बीच हुआ।

ये समझौते राजस्थान के भारतीय भाषाओं में तकनीकी विकास और डिजिटल समावेशन की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम हैं।
