PM Modi Inaugurates ₹40,000 Crore Development Projects in Purnea, Bihar

On 15th September 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated development projects amounting to 40,000 crore in Purnea, Bihar. Such projects are in infrastructure, energy security and welfare. Dairy & Livestock Development:

• Sex-Sorted Semen Facility: The contemporary unit to enhance female calf births, as well as, dairy productivity.
