The district of Deeg got major developments under the irrigation sector costing approximately ₹24 crore in a programme held at Paramdara village. Water Resources Minister and Minister-in-charge of Bharatpur and Deeg, Suresh Singh Rawat, launched the important irrigation projects and Minister of State for Home Jawahar Singh Bedham presided over the function.
