Rajasthan government to establish 15 Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Systems (CAAQMS) in 12 cities. Its purpose is real-time and accurate monitoring of air pollution levels for effective control. Currently: 46 centres in 34 districts are operational. Priority installation in NCR cities: Alwar, Khairthal, Kotputli, and Deeg (due to severe pollution). Rajasthan govt. launched Circular Economy Incentive Scheme 2025 under the first Green Budget of the state (2025-26). In Mau village of Baran district, Ramayana recitation in Hadauti dialect is performed every Navratri. This practice is locally called “Kada”.
